Lucile de Castelbajac
Lucile, our Director and Head of international development, is French with a Mexican heart.
She holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property from Paris I - Panthéon La Sorbonne (France), and a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from EM Lyon Business School (France).
Passionate about the ecological transition, Lucile is an animator and certified instructor for the French NGO the Climate Mural(Climatefresk.org), she is also Climate Reality Leader and B leader (she accompanies companies to obtain the B Corp certification).
When she is not doing Climate Fresks, Lucile loves hiking and discovering new landscapes, playing with her little dog Chula and doing yoga.

Angélique Sper
Angélique is the President of Nosotrxs and Strategy Director.
She discovered the Climate Fresk with Lucile in 2020 and became a facilitator of the game a year later. She is convinced of the pedagogical and playful power of the Climate Fresk both towards individuals and companies.
She has a Master's degree in Business and Business Administration and in 2022 she decided to dedicate herself 100% to the development and dissemination of climate education (especially the Climate Fresk) throughout the Mexican Republic.
Angélique moves by bike as much as she can in Mexico City where she lives since 2018, she always tries to buy local products in markets or tianguis and stop eating meat and fish to reduce her carbon footprint.

Eduardo Huante Vargas
Lalo is in charge of the Commercial department, managing clients and partnerships.

He studied civil engineering and obtained certification as a Permaculturist.
